Akira Yoshiyama | Coding Team Manager
My name is Akira Yoshiyama and I am currently in 11th grade at Meadowridge School in British Columbia, Canada. This is my first FTC season, but third season participating in robotics events. Previously, I competed in the French Robotique Zone01 and WRO in Port Coquitlam, BC. I am the coding team manager (with website development on the side), however, I also work on robot design and building. Outside of robotics I enjoy programming, debate, running and biking, and learning math.

Gordon Bie | Driver & Build/Design
Hello, my name is Gordon Bie. I am a grade 11 student at Meadowridge School. I have been in the robotics team for 2 years now my main roles are driving and building. I do not have much experience in coding or design but will give design ideas as we build. I enjoy math and group work. I enjoy working in the robotics team with my fellow team members. Our goal this year is to have fun, gain experience, and hopefully win some sort of award.

Grace Yu | Build Team Manager
Hello, my name is Grace Yu, and I have been involved in FIRST since 5th grade. The starting point of me competing in FIRST came in my 6th grade year when I competed in FLL with team 26512 Saber Robotics from Austin, TX. I am one of the founding members of Entradox Robotics and have been with the team for three years now. Aside from robotics, I can be summarized as a model hobbyist, a simulation racing enthusiast, and an apprentice mechanic.

Isabel Kong | Build/Design
My name is Isabel Kong and I am a grade 11 student at Meadowridge School. A few years ago, I tried coding the LEGO robots provided to us in our Design class. I found the experience to be fulfilling each time I was able to complete a new challenge. Joining the BFF Entradox robotics team this year, I am an enthusiastic member of the build team. I hope that through this experience, not only will I learn more about robotics, but also develop more teamwork skills and form stronger bonds with my team members.

Isabella Zhang | Arts & Promotion
My name is Isabella Zhang. I am a grade 11 student, and it is my first year in robotics. I have had little exposure to robotics but am curious to learn more about it. My role on the team is art and promotion, being a test driver, drafting documents, and finding sponsorships for the team. Besides robotics, I enjoy debating, painting, and playing a plethora of sports.

Jason Lee | Build/Design
My name is Jason Lee. I am a grade eleven student at Meadowridge School. I’m excited for my first year participating in FTC robotics. I’m part of the build team of team BFF Entradox. I’ve done small engineering projects in the past, and have a hobby of designing and building over-engineered solutions to everyday problems. I look forward to contributing to the team and learning through the experience.

Jade Simpson | Arts & Promotion
I attend Meadowridge School in British Columbia, Canada. I have been a student here for thirteen years. I have never been in robotics before, however, I have always found it intriguing. I love to see what is being built and the process, which is why I am part of the arts and promotion team where I get to do things like write blogs. Outside of robotics I enjoy directing, science, biking, and hanging out with my friends.

Kaylyn Bell | Arts & Promotion
Hello, I’m Kaylyn Bell and I am currently in grade 11 at Meadowridge School. This is my first year as a part of the robotics team. I’m a part of the arts and promotion team and will be helping with the design aspects for the team as well as helping with the website. I joined the team because I really enjoyed F1 racing with some of the same members last year and I am excited to try something new.

Phoebe Xu | Arts & Promotion
Hello, my name is Phoebe Xu. A grade 11 student from Meadowridge School. This is my first year involved in robotics. My job is design and promotion, and I am also the one who drives the robot during the competition. I love learning science and art, and I enjoy concentration and calm when I am doing them. The goal is to gain more robotics experience and cooperate and know each other more.

Peter Yin | Driver & Build/Design
I am a grade 11 student at Meadowridge School. I'm a builder, a driver, and sometimes a video editor for team Entrodox. I have been participating in the robotics team since the BFF era, making my driving experience quite extensive.

Rayan Ramadan | General Manager
My name is Rayan Ramadan, I am a grade 11 student, and I joined the First Tech Challenge through Meadowridge Robotics 3 years ago. I have been a part of this team for 3 years and have been a part of the promotion, arts and design, learning to code Java, and building and strategic design. Aside from Robotics, I love to debate, write poetry, go on hikes and swims, design experiments, and conduct research.

Richard Han | Arts & Promotion
They call me Richard Han. I am currently in grade 11, attending Meadowridge School. As this is my first time participating in robotics, I am extremely excited. Growing up, my nickname was ‘the robotic hobbit’ as I was very short and spoke like a robot. This inspired me to join robotics because it was a way for me to use my disadvantages to my advantage. My three favorite things to do are playing soccer, watching soccer, and talking about soccer. This dynamic sport essentially sums up my entire personality, which is why I am trying to find out more about myself outside of soccer. If you want to cry, give robotics a try!

Steven Wei | Build/Design
My name is Steven Wei and I am currently in 11th grade at Meadowridge School in B.C Canada. This is my first time participating in FTC. Before I decided to join robotics, I was focusing on math competitions. Also, for my grade 10 IB Personal Project, I worked on designing a radio-controlled airplane model; therefore, I have a decent amount of experience in designing and building. I look forward to completing the upcoming challenge.
